Orders are prepared for shipment in 1–3 business days. Current delivery estimates to the United States are 8–12 business days after dispatch. Estimates may change because of carrier, customs, weather or address issues. Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout when available.
The buyer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; an order already handed to the carrier may not be recoverable.
Returns and refunds
Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact info@garurlabs.com before sending an item. The product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging unless it arrived damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged or incorrect.
Report a damaged, defective or incorrect order within seven days of delivery and include the order email plus clear photos. We will review the case and offer an appropriate replacement or refund. Damage caused by incompatible items, misuse or failure to follow the care guide is not a product defect.
Privacy
Stripe collects the payment and address details needed to process the order. We receive the order information required for support, fulfillment, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process only the information needed to provide payment, delivery, analytics or advertising measurement.
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing info@garurlabs.com. Some records must be retained for tax, payment dispute and legal purposes.
Terms of sale
By ordering, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Product colors may vary slightly by screen. Soniqora is intended only for items compatible with ultrasonic cleaning. The buyer must check the item maker’s care instructions and avoid porous stones, delicate or glued settings, electronics and non-waterproof items.
We may cancel and refund an order affected by inventory, pricing, fraud or delivery restrictions. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Questions can be sent to info@garurlabs.com.
